Aiki-Karate currently offers 16 Ninjitsu disciplines under the Protect Your Family services. These services are facilitated virtually and or face-to-face. 1. Bo-ryaku (謀略)
Strategic and Tactical Planning Techniques:
Students train on developing strategic plans on internal and external warfare and land navigation tactics.
Students learn communication tactics utilizing General Mobile Radio Service (GMRS) handheld radios.
2. Bojutsu (棒術)
Long Staff Fighting Techniques:
Students train to use long and medium length bo staffs for protection.
3. Chi-mon (知門)
Students learn the two divisions of Geography:
Physical Geography: Studying nature and its effects on people and/or the environment.
Human Geography: Studying people and cultures.
4. Daken-Taijutsu (打拳体術)
Students learn close-quarter defensive and offensive combat techniques without using weapons.
Students learn Karate (空手), which is Japanese for “empty hands,” utilizing the following Martial Art disciplines:
Ninjitsu
Aikido
Jeet-Kune Do
Wing Chung Kung Fu
Muy Thai Boxing
Kenpo Karate
Tae Kwon Do
5. Inton-jutsu (隠遁術)
Students practice unlocking a lock by manipulating the components of the lock device without the original key.
6. Kama-yari (鎌槍)
Students practice sickle and spear techniques to grapple and disarm opponents.
7. Kanji Writing(漢字筆)
Students learn how to read and write 500 Japanese characters and embrace the beautiful Japanese Culture.
8. Kayakujutsu (火薬術)
Students learn firearm safety techniques and how to use and disarm opponents wielding rifles, shotguns, and handguns.
9. Kenjutsu (抜刀術)
Students train in Kendo (剣道) and Iaido (居合道) sword techniques against multiple attackers.
10. Kusarigamajutsu (鎖鎌術)
Students train in various sickle chain techniques to defend against attackers.
11. Naginatajutsu (薙刀術)
Students train on using the Naginata (super sword) weapon.
The Kunoichi were superior to the samurai with this weapon. The Kunoichi (くのいち) is the term for a female ninja.
12. Seizon-jutsu (生存)
Students train to construct solar-powered generators, shelters, water purification systems, and hunting to assist them with surviving in the wilderness.
13. Shurikenjutsu (手裏剣術)
Students are trained to throw different types of blades for protection.
14. Fukiya (吹き矢)
Students learn how to use a blowgun (Fukiya) by executing a forceful exhalation to launch a projectile (i.e., darts, steel balls, etc.).
15. Mizu-jutsu (水術)
Students train in water combat survival techniques to build their confidence and water survival skills.
Students are required to obtain PADI Open Water Diver certification.
Train to execute dives with other certified students or dive professionals to a maximum depth of 60 feet.
